How to request deletion of your Mentra account and study data.

You can request deletion of your account, uploaded files, generated flashcards, chat history, and other study data associated with your account.
Some records may be retained temporarily if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational logs.
Use the signed-in request form below to request account deletion, or email support@mentra.study from the email connected to your Mentra account.
Include what you want deleted: account, uploaded files, flashcards, chat history, study sessions, or all account data.
Uploaded files can be deleted from Study AI or Locker using each file's delete button.
Full account deletion is handled as a request flow so support can review billing, abuse-prevention, and legal retention requirements before permanent deletion.
Deleting data may remove progress, XP history, streak context, generated study material, and uploaded files. Export anything you need before requesting deletion.
Account deletion cannot guarantee improved grades, exam outcomes, or recovery of deleted study content.
